LinkedIn has partnered with puzzle master Nikori and world champion Thomas Snyder to launch "Mini Sudoku." This game shrinks the traditional 9x9 Sudoku puzzle to a 6x6 grid, designed to be solved in an average of 2-3 minutes. This new game is LinkedIn's sixth and is available only on the latest version of the app. Nikori, the puzzle publisher that established the name and rules of "Sudoku" in 1984 and spread it across Japan and the world, has been losing its name in the process of international expansion.

Elon Musk has threatened legal action against Apple on behalf of his AI startup xAI. He claims Apple violated antitrust laws by favoring OpenAI in its App Store rankings. Musk wrote on X (formerly Twitter) that "Apple is preventing any AI company other than OpenAI from reaching the #1 spot on the App Store. This is a clear antitrust violation and I will be filing a lawsuit immediately." This statement comes after xAI's AI app, Grok, was released for free on the US App Store.

Kakao's Taegeukgi Challenge to Commemorate the 80th Anniversary of Liberation

Kakao announced that it will be holding a user-participatory donation campaign, "Taegeukgi Challenge in KakaoTalk," to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Korea's liberation from Japanese colonial rule until August 17th. For this campaign, Kakao will donate 815 won for each user who participates in one of four missions offered on the KakaoTalk Together platform. All donations will be used to improve the living conditions of descendants of independence activists through Korea Habitat.
