Due to the nature of the content, which rapidly decreases in value after viewing, refunds are difficult after 7 days of payment.
However, refunds are only possible if the service has not been used within 7 days of payment.
When requesting a refund for a product purchased with a subscriber-exclusive discount, the refund amount will be the purchase price excluding the discount.
You can pause or stop your subscription at any time from the top menu/Circular Profile/Manage Subscriptions.
