Milan Winter Olympics Torch Unveiling

The official torch for the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics and Paralympics, "Essential," has been unveiled. The unveiling was made even more meaningful by the presence of legendary athletes, including Stefania Belmondo, the final torchbearer of the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics, Paralympic champion Bebe Bio, Sochi Olympic bronze medalist Carolina Kostner, and Paralympic champion Martina Caironi. The torch was built by architect Carlo Ratti with technical support from Italian energy company Eni and its subsidiary Versalis.

Chess set made by Rolls-Royce
