Channel Talk has been rebranded. We have revamped the brand identity of our all-in-one AI business messenger ‘Channel Talk’ to advance into overseas markets. To achieve the mission of ‘bringing business and customers closer together’, we changed the shape of the symbol and logo. With AI capabilities launching soon, we strengthen our position as a global B2B SaaS.
The symbol changed from eyes to mouth. The previous symbol, which emphasized eye movement, had a strong character-like feel, but the mouth gives the impression of a chat service. It was difficult to recognize the two dots in the speech bubble as a face and eyes at a small size, but the shape of the mouth became easier to recognize and identify.
The background changed from a circle to a squiggle with rounded corners. The color changed from a gradient from purple to purple to a solid color. It has become a slightly brighter and lighter purple.
The font has become bolder and sturdier. It has a similar impression to Pretendad, but Channel Talk's unique curves and rolls are applied to the ends of the strokes. Korean, Japanese, and English wordmarks have also been added so that you can communicate with the same impression overseas.
This is a concise rebranding that represents a leap forward as a bridge to connect the company and customers. With this change, AI chatbot ALF seems to have changed from a cute friend to a calm assistant. Channel Talk has created a variety of products, including not only customer messengers, but also phones, support bots, company messengers, and customer management tools. The elegant design grammar that makes the whole product feel like one product is applied consistently and well. I hope that it will continue to be a humane and useful bridge of communication like the gradation of Channel Talk that gives a warm feeling.
