Hyde Park Picture House has rebranded with Leeds-based design studio Rabbithole.
It was designed by architects Thomas Winn & Sons in 1906 and became a cinema in 1913. It is the oldest cinema in the UK and still uses analogue projectors and gas lighting. It also retains features such as the ornate balconies and outside ticket offices from the early days of operation. In 2016, the building was restored and reopened.

The distinctive logo is inspired by the early 20th century Cineccanica 35mm project. The cue mark is a device that tells the projectionist in the middle of a movie that it is time to change reels, and is displayed one second before the change in the upper right corner.
Various themes are expressed using the bowl that holds the film as a framing symbol. The font and color change according to the movie genre. Bradley's gothic font in magenta expresses cult horror like 'night monsters', while Karl Marx font in tangerine expresses innocence like 'hide and seek', Rabbithole explained.
It is full of attractive themes, such as reRUN, which re-screens masterpieces shot on 35mm film, MEMORY MATINEES, which evokes memories, and BYO BABY, which expresses the happiness of parents.
