Why did you create a membership?

There is no place to learn knowledge.

Logical thinking, problem definition, systematic design, business mind. These are the skills that designers must have. Where on earth can you learn them?

The best way to earn money is to create designs by yourself. However, in today's world, even clubs have to interview. It's hard to even get a chance to grow.

There are many places that teach you the minimum skills you need to have, such as job-seeking skills or how to use Figma, but there are few ways to learn the experience and skills you need to make an impact in the market as a designer.

It is difficult to systematize knowledge.

Nowadays, individual designers and companies actively share their experiences and thoughts. There are many helpful articles, but it is difficult to keep them in use.

Individuals start out well-intentioned and then quit when they get caught up in their careers, companies have no choice but to tell safe stories for their own purposes, and lectures take forever to become organized enough to be learned.

Moreover, creating systematic knowledge is a problem of a different dimension. You have to constantly keep an eye on the rapidly changing world, dig into the reasons for design that creates impact, and even understand the principles that will not change for a long time.

Beware of fads that will soon pass away, knowledge for the sake of knowledge, and organize it to a level where you can solve problems right away to become practical knowledge. However, it takes a lot of time and effort to compile it to this level.

It is difficult to embody knowledge.

Even though there are places to learn and practical knowledge, it is difficult to make it your own.

It is difficult to understand knowledge all at once. No matter how good it is, it takes time to digest it. There is no easy and quick way. You have no choice but to make consistent efforts.

What I have felt while teaching countless people is that 'short, frequent, and a lot' is the right answer.

Even if you don't know exactly what it means now, if you consistently come into contact with it and apply it to real-life situations, it will become solid knowledge.
