This is a rebranding of Naver Works, Naver's business collaboration platform. The BI was created by the Naver Cloud Brand Design Team, and the brand film was created in collaboration with the advertising agency Cosmic Ray.
Naver Works is an integrated business platform that includes functions necessary for work such as bulletin boards, video conferencing, payroll, approval, finance, and attendance, as well as functions that can be used in existing Naver such as email and messaging.
The Naver Cloud brand design team first created a symbol that signifies support for connection and growth. The W is divided into three pieces and the middle part is expressed as a parabola, giving the impression of a bouncing ball. The angle is narrow and high, giving the impression of rising. The color gradually changes from left to right, creating an optical illusion of movement even when still.
Naver uses green as its main color. It uses a palette that is darker and has greater contrast than before. The dark blue and blue used together are particularly noticeable. The visually heavy blue subtly suggests that this is a serious business service. The overall graphic style uses a highly saturated background color, black text, and a cartoonish outline style.
NAVER WORKS was launched in Korea in 2013, and in Japan in 2015, and then renamed to LINE WORKS in 2017. Considering brand recognition in the countries, it will continue to be called 'LINE WORKS' in Japan and 'NAVER WORKS' in Korea.
