When discussing taste, you cannot leave out alcohol. Alcohol is a magical food that transforms the same space into a different atmosphere. I want to be free to explore the profound world of alcohol, but I'm always cautious because even the slightest amount of alcohol can get me drunk. Since I couldn't eat much, I had no choice but to put more effort into the taste and experience.
Cocktails that entwine your tongue in a splendid way, wines of amazing style that remind you of the hands of those who make alcohol, and cold beer that goes well with delicious snacks on a hot day. We've rounded up some great bars that keep coming back to you as we get closer to midnight.
white noise
A wine bar hidden away from the busy boulevard. I wanted to have wine, but I found this place by accident, and it's a place that I always picked up as my number one choice when finishing up the weekend. There is also a place where you can read a book while drinking wine alone. Various types of wine are prepared, such as red, white, natural, and rose, and if you ask what style you want, they kindly recommend it. It is recommended to visit when you want to think.

cosmo the cave
This is a wine bar that introduced the charm of natural wine. Traditional wines are also attractive, but the spectrum of taste preferences is not wide because they are not yet experienced enough to capture the subtle flavors. I was able to experience a variety of tastes as I was able to try a glass of attractive natural wine, not house wine. The snacks are also great, so the taste of the wine is squared. Especially the Roman gnocchi is fantastic.

Midnight Pleasure
It is a place that sells desserts and alcohol that warms your heart whenever you see it on the street. Delicious sake is delicately curated in a beautiful space. I remember the first time I bought and ate Porto wine here. I thought that eating sweet tart, confiture, chouquette and wine together would be an immoral desire at midnight. If you want a sweet time like honey, come here!

keep quiet
This is a cocktail bar that introduced creative cocktails. It is a place where you can talk with a quiet and soft voice. It gives you the feeling of breathing the morning air while sitting on the lake where the calm waves spread. You can taste a unique cocktail with an exquisite balance that is not too sweet or bitter. The unique interior and even the menu board are beautiful.

feather
What is an authentic cocktail bar. What is the bartender force? It was a place that was strongly remembered. It's cool to see them flamboyantly mixing up a variety of drinks in neat attire and with a neat attitude. If you turn over the menu board like an art book, the story of each cocktail is told along with wonderful illustrations. The classic atmosphere of the space and the affection for each cocktail menu go without saying, it is an amazing place.

miyazaki store
A yakitori restaurant where beer eaten with chicken skewers is so delicious. I salivate when I see the skewers sizzling in the small kitchen. It is grilled with binchotan, the highest quality charcoal. The Miyazaki set, which includes several skewers such as thigh meat + green onion, heart, and tsukune, for two people, and the drinking Yebisu are fantastic. If you want to cool down while feeling the unique Japanese sensibility, this is the place!

Cream LP Bar
This is Hongdae! An LP bar with a wonderful owner who has collected as many as 70,000 LPs. Beer also sets the mood, but it's like showering with music. It's a place where if you drink Progressive Rock with Kozel Dark covered in sugar, the taste will be tripled and quadrupled. I thought I listened to music, but the level of the president's playlist is different.
