Xerox has unveiled its new logo and brand identity.
This change is part of the brand integration work carried out following the acquisition of Lexmark. Xerox completed the acquisition of Lexmark in 2025 and has since been working to consolidate its portfolio of printers, multifunction devices, software, and managed print services into one.
The new logo removes Xerox's existing red spherical symbol and streamlines the design around a wordmark. Xerox described this change as "the company's next step." The company stated that the new brand reflects the combined capabilities of Xerox and Lexmark and serves as a foundation for providing a wider range of products and services to customers and partners.
This change is linked to a transformation of the business structure rather than a simple shift in perspective. Since the integration of Lexmark, Xerox has been consolidating the sales systems for A3 and A4 printers, multifunction printers, software, and managed print services. Lexmark customers will continue to use their existing products and services while receiving Xerox technology and global support.
This is not a feature update that users will immediately experience. However, it is highly likely that Xerox and Lexmark products, services, partner channels, and customer support experiences will be consolidated into a single brand system in the future.
