KT Design System & AI Agent UX Guide Released

The KT Experience Design Center has launched the "KT AI Agent UX Guide" to enhance the completeness of AI-based services and ensure a consistent customer experience. This practical guide covers the entire AI Agent planning, design, and development process, standardizing UX flows and UI elements by type to support an efficient production environment.

The key to AI Agents is their ability to go beyond simple chatbots, understanding the user's context and flexibly expanding their capabilities based on service objectives. To achieve this, KT has established a system that seamlessly connects brand identity and service experience. While initially designed as a quick guide for internal customers, the company plans to ultimately enhance its capabilities by integrating it with KT's design system, the KDS (KT Design System).

The KT Experience Design Center also unveiled "Seamless Flow – KT UX Design System v1.0." This system is more than just a simple design guide; it's a company-wide UX platform that consistently connects KT's brand values with user experience, creating an intuitive and reliable service environment powered by AI innovation.
