Microsoft announced the new ‘Surface Pro’ and ‘Surface Laptop’. This is the first product of Microsoft's next-generation AI-based PC brand 'Copilot Plus PC'. The numbers have disappeared from the model name, which seems to mean that they are starting a new Surface brand.
‘Recall’ is available on Co-Pilot Plus PC. This feature, which Microsoft internally calls AI Explorer, can search everything you've seen or done on your computer, including emails, websites, and slide decks. You can check snapshots by adjusting the timeline. It is a similar feature to the app called Rewind available on Mac, but is now built into Windows 11.
In addition, the live captioning function, which translates videos and adds subtitles in real time, has been improved, and more than 40 languages can be translated into English. You can also apply various filters for smooth meetings with studio effects.
