A book similar to an introductory lecture by a business administration professor
This is a concept book to gauge how to look at the how and how to connect it to impact. I especially like the concept of ‘strategy’ outlined in Chapter 1. It helps you understand the ‘outcome’ you will get when it is all said and done, and the ‘strategy’ that links your actions to get there. From Chapter 2 onwards, it does not have much impact as it focuses on interpreting and explaining cases of the government and famous companies.
