Tesla Robotaxi Expands Service Area to Miami

Tesla has expanded its robotaxi service area to Miami, USA. After launching its first service in Austin, Texas last June, Tesla expanded its operations to Dallas and Houston, and has now added Miami as a new service area.

A robotaxi is a service that allows users to call a vehicle via a dedicated app and travel without a driver. Tesla operates the service based on its Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology, starting with limited areas and vehicles initially, and is gradually expanding its operational scope.

With the addition of Miami, Tesla's robotaxi service is expanding to major cities across the United States. As the number of areas where autonomous vehicles can be used increases, new options for traveling without owning a vehicle are expanding. However, service areas are currently limited to specific zones rather than the entire city, and the scale of operations is expected to expand gradually.
