AI voice synthesis technology company ElevenLabs has expanded its powerful text-to-speech (TTS) capabilities to mobile apps. ElevenLabs officially launched its apps for iOS and Android on June 24.
This newly released app allows users to create high-quality AI voice content directly from their smartphones. Bringing web-based functionality to mobile, the app is expected to be a useful tool for creators, marketers, educators, voice actors, and other users in various fields, as it allows them to quickly create voice clips on the go.
The core of the mobile app is Eleven Labs' latest model, 'Eleven v3 (alpha)'. This model shows more sophisticated performance in expressing emotions, controlling speech, adjusting speed, and processing multiple speakers. Users can precisely generate the desired voice through instructions such as emotions or intonation.
In the mobile app, users can load the voices and presets they used on the web. The voice clips they created can be easily linked to mobile video editing apps such as Inshot, Capcut, and Instagram. Existing users can use the same account, pricing policy, and credits they are using. We also provide 10,000 characters per month for free for new users.
The company said, “We have received many requests from users who have been using Eleven Labs on the mobile web over the past year,” and “We are now opening an era where content creation is possible anytime, anywhere, without having to sit at a desk.”
With the launch of this app, Eleven Labs has taken a step further in realizing its vision of ‘providing all content in all languages in the voice you want.’ The company plans to continue expanding features and improving usability to fit the global creator ecosystem.
The app is currently available for download on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
