Reebok has unveiled Angel Reese's signature logo. The Chicago-born WNBA superstar debuted a cursive-style logo that connects her initials A and R. In the video, the silver metallic logo is seen peeling away, creating a glowing blue background. The circular ring above the logo symbolically represents the meaning behind the name.
Leeds has signed a multi-year deal with Reebok in October 2024, signaling a future signature basketball shoe line. However, fans will have to wait until a 2026 release date, and no design or details have been revealed so far.
Nevertheless, Reebok is sequentially releasing a collection of shoes and clothing in collaboration with Leeds on its online mall to keep up with fans' expectations.
Following this announcement, Reebok is pursuing a marketing strategy that strengthens its basketball style centered around Liz. The Reebok basketball team has continued its brand rebuilding by hiring Shaquille O'Neal and Allen Iverson as its representative figures in the past. Liz has also established himself as a key face in on- and off-court activities since joining Reebok in October 2023.
Reese will be sporting Reebok's new basketball shoe, the Engine A, during the 2025 WNBA season. The Engine A marks the return of a performance-focused basketball shoe that the brand hasn't released since the early 2010s. It was introduced under the new brand division RBK B label and was also featured on stage at the All-Star Dunk Contest in February.
As such, Reebok is making a full-fledged return to the basketball shoe market with Leeds, with the official launch of its signature line scheduled for 2026.
