This is an illustration system created in collaboration between Samsung Health and illo, a design studio based in Turin, Italy.
Visual experiences play a key role in helping users live healthier lives with Samsung Health. We created over 90 visuals to highlight Samsung Health’s features that track key aspects of daily life, such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep.
We included a variety of visual elements, including hero illustrations, animations, and responsive icons. We used vivid colors and colorful gradients to make the health management journey more intuitive. Each illustration was designed to be easily understood by users by linking it to specific health content. For example, we visually expressed topics such as “How much sleep should I get?” or “How to build endurance.”
People who use Samsung Health range from athletes to those who enjoy light exercise. Accordingly, we developed a style that conveys a sense of trust while also being friendly. This design approach contributes to increasing user engagement and maintaining continuous interest in health content.
