Galaxy AI, enhanced security and personalized recommendations

Samsung Electronics has announced plans to provide customized information based on individual circumstances based on robust security starting with the Galaxy S series to be released next year.

Samsung Electronics has developed a Personal Data Engine to implement customized AI experiences. This technology analyzes users’ preferences and usage patterns on-device to provide personalized insights. The analyzed data is encrypted and stored through Samsung’s security platform, Knox Vault. The data transmission process is also protected, enhancing security.

Security technology for the quantum computer era has also been introduced. Post-quantum cryptography (PQC)-based end-to-end encryption (E2EE) function has been applied to Samsung Cloud to safely protect users’ personal information. Samsung Electronics is strengthening the security of personal data and increasing trust through this technology.

Based on these security features, it provides personalized features that help users' lives. One of the main features of One UI 7, the 'Now Bar', provides the functions and information that users need on the lock screen. Users can easily perform various tasks such as playing music, translation, running the stopwatch, and map notifications without switching apps.

For example, when traveling abroad, you can check flight boarding times, traffic conditions to the airport, weather at your destination, and exchange rate information at a glance through Now Bar. Now Bar focuses on efficiently managing the user's schedule and increasing convenience.
