To expand the smartphone photography experience, we acquired the Norwegian startup Fjorden Electra AS and created an app that brings Leica to your smartphone. The legendary Leica lenses and colors reproduced based on AI can be used on the iPhone. Leica's exclusive image processing technology is used to simulate classic lenses such as the SUmmilux-M 28mm f/1.4 ASPH and Noctilux-M 50mm f/1.2 ASPH.
With the 'Leica Looks' function, you can correct photos taken in Leica style. It offers 11 color profiles inspired by Leica cameras and classic films. Vivid Look is vibrant and Natural Look is natural. Leica also offers a variety of black and white film styles that come to mind when thinking of Leica.
You can conveniently take pictures in automatic mode and adjust various options in manual mode. Based on AI functions, it corrects out-of-focus areas or applies a bokeh effect that intentionally blurs the focus in front and behind the subject. You can adjust a variety of options including exposure, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, and more. Raw and ProRaw, which can be considered original photo files, are also supported so photographers can edit them as they wish.
