Korea Livestock Data has been rebranded. Korea Livestock Data is a company that provides services to manage the health of livestock and supply healthy livestock products. We manage the farm using AI and monitor the breeding characteristics of each livestock species based on information collected through CCTV and detect health abnormalities. We operate ‘Farms Plan’, a farm management service, and ‘Farms Plan Market’, which sells healthy livestock products.
We rebranded to convey a new impression while expanding our influence across the livestock industry and expanding our business overseas. We used the name AID as an abbreviation of the word Animal Industry Data, which intuitively describes a company that manages livestock with data.
The strip-shaped symbol represents technology that revolutionizes the primary industry. By giving a sense of space, it expresses the connection between technology, livestock farming, and humanity through three sides. AID's core value, One-Health, is expressed in light green, green, and blue gradients. The wordmark uses a solid and stable sans serif font. To make the abbreviations easier to understand, I have placed sentences next to them.
AID said that through this rebranding, it hopes to be remembered as a brand that innovates through technology to solve problems in the livestock industry, which forms the basis of society but has been difficult to look at in detail.
Primary industries often express themselves conservatively to give people a familiar impression and gain trust. It's not easy to express new changes. It appears that AID is taking on the challenge of changing perceptions through design. It appears that efforts are being made to express technology using gradients or 3D and to create a comfortable impression without feeling overly like a pharmaceutical company.
