Daylight

Daylight was started 10 years ago by a small group of design leaders who bonded in design school. Their reunion took place out of a collective reckoning. Although they had been honing their skills for a decade, their trajectory into senior leadership in a design organization prevented them from doing what they loved. At heart, they were designers who wanted to roll up their sleeves and get directly involved in the work on impactful projects.

So they started small. It's so small you can fit everyone in a Volkswagen bus. At that scale, passionate designers can stay connected and inspired. The attention of a boutique studio combined with the experience of a large agency also meant a lot to our clients.
