A standout element of this rebranding is the Yeti, a character symbolizing anxiety about health. Familiar animal characters are often easily projected with specific personality traits or preferences. In contrast, because the Yeti is an imaginary creature that does not exist in reality, there are relatively fewer stereotypes regarding what food it might like or what its personality might be like. Thanks to this, it can be accepted as a new brand character without prejudice. It also leaves a longer-lasting impression as an unexpected choice. However, it is not a character that gives off an intimidating or negative impression. We look forward to seeing if this Yeti character can establish itself as a strong brand asset, much like Duolingo's owl.
