Hillstate Unveils New Logo for 20th Anniversary

Hyundai E&C has unveiled a new brand identity for its apartment brand, Hillstate. This is a rebranding to mark the 20th anniversary of Hillstate's launch.

Hillstate is Hyundai E&C's flagship residential brand, first launched in 2006. This renewal goes beyond a simple logo change. Along with the new BI, Hyundai E&C is also expanding residential services for residents.

The new logo has been redesigned into a more concise form while retaining the curved elements of the existing Hillstate brand. It continues the brand's impression but has been adjusted to be easier to read in digital environments. The brightness and saturation of the signature color, Burgundy, have also been refined. These changes are intended to ensure a more stable appearance across various touchpoints, including mobile, the web, and signage.

Along with this rebranding, Hyundai E&C is gradually expanding the 'H Culture Club.' This is a residential service that offers cultural classes, collaborations with chefs, and customized programs for residents. This reflects a trend where competition among apartment brands is expanding beyond construction quality and location to include the lifestyle service experience.
