Beo Grace, Bang & Olufsen's luxury earbuds

Danish luxury audio brand Bang & Olufsen has unveiled its new wireless earbuds, the Beo Grace. Crafted from exquisite aluminum and leather, these products are attracting attention as "wearable audio sculptures" that combine acoustic technology and aesthetics. Priced at $1,500, they are priced two to three times higher than typical high-end earphones, making them an ultra-premium option.

Beo Grace, a flagship product celebrating Bang & Olufsen's 100th anniversary, inherits the iconic metal stem design of the original A8 model while reimagining it in a contemporary form through wireless technology and miniaturized components. The polished aluminum body and pearlescent charging case are inspired by fine silversmithing, and the streamlined form fits comfortably in your pocket.

In terms of sound quality, the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) feature, consisting of 12mm titanium drivers and six studio-quality microphones, is the key. The newly applied 'EarSense' technology optimizes the sound by detecting ambient noise and the wearer's ear structure in real time, and the spatial audio function based on Dolby Atmos is also included. The operation method is mechanical click sensitivity instead of touch, and the 'NearTap' volume control function, which taps in front of the ear, also provides an intuitive user experience.

They are IP57 dust and water resistant, and can last up to 4.5 hours with ANC on a single charge, or a total of 17 hours with the case. They support both USB-C and wireless charging, and the leather pouch, sold separately, includes a shoulder strap and a USB port, for both practicality and design. The pouch is available in black, red, and gray and is priced at $400.

With this product, Bang & Olufsen aims to redefine earbuds from mere electronic devices to "design sculptures." The brand emphasized, "Beo Grace is an iconic product that represents the next 100 years, where technology and art, sensibility and form, converge." Furthermore, the product features a customized battery management system that extends the battery life to an average of over 2,000 cycles, significantly improving durability compared to previous models.

Beo Grace will be officially released on November 17th and can be pre-ordered through the Bang & Olufsen online store and offline stores.
