Samsung Electronics has unveiled the 'Galaxy S25 Edge'. The Galaxy S25 Edge is 5.8mm thick, weighs 163g, and has a titanium frame and Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2. The water and dust resistance rating is IP68.
The camera is equipped with a 200-megapixel ultra-high-resolution wide-angle camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and also supports auto-focus close-up shooting. The 'Provisual Engine' brings out the details of portraits and naturally expresses skin tones, and the 'Night Photography' function improves the quality of night shooting with larger pixels.
The AI user experience has also been significantly improved. A new interface has been applied, including the personalized briefing function ‘Now Brief’ and the ‘Now Bar’ that provides real-time information on the lock screen, and real-time visual AI has also been installed through collaboration with Google Gemini. This allows users to enjoy a new interactive experience where they can share their screens through the camera and receive real-time recommendations. Advanced editing functions such as ‘Audio Eraser’, ‘Convert to Sketch’, and ‘Generative Editing’ are also supported, enhancing content creation capabilities.
The Galaxy S25 Edge comes in three colors: Titanium Silver, Jet Black, and Ice Blue. The 256GB model costs 1,496,000 won and the 512GB model costs 1,639,000 won. Pre-orders will be held from the 14th to the 20th, and when purchasing 256GB, you will receive a 'double storage' benefit that upgrades it to 512GB.
