Naver has launched a new shopping application app, 'Naver Plus Store', that uses AI technology. It uses Naver's AI technology 'Hyperclova X' to recommend products of interest and customized benefits to users.
The 'AI Shopping Guide' feature is mainly applied to electronic products, and AI recommends products suitable for the purpose just by searching. For example, if you search for 'laptop', various options such as 'office use', 'design work use', and 'gaming use' are presented.
The new 'Discover' tab introduces popular products in short-form videos of about 30 seconds. Naver also recently started beta testing a program called Shopping Connect Solution. This solution is a structure that allows Smart Store sellers to promote products with creators and share profits based on sales performance.
The delivery service has also been improved. It is promoting a detailed delivery time and a free refund/return policy for members, and is also continuously investing to reduce the cost burden on sellers and simplify the logistics process. Through the 'Naver Delivery' service, it provides various options such as 'Today Delivery', 'Tomorrow Delivery', and 'Sunday Delivery', and membership members can receive free delivery and free returns for purchases over 10,000 won.
