The Google Tasks app is integrated into the Google Calendar app.
Google Tasks is a productivity service that allows you to easily manage your to-do list using a task management tool. Since its launch as a separate mobile app in 2018, it has been greatly loved for its easy usability.
Google Tasks has been conveniently located on the right sidebar when using Google Calendar or Gmail on the web. Now, it has become even more convenient to access with the addition of an access button to the top menu of the Google Calendar mobile app. Last August, Google Tasks changed the app bar at the bottom to a floating action button, which is presumed to be a change to use it naturally in Google Calendar.
The Android app will be rolled out over the next few weeks, with no word yet on an iOS version. There’s also no word on whether the standalone Google Tasks app will remain after the merge.
