Harris was born to an Indian mother and a Jamaican father who immigrated to California. She is the first Asian-American black woman to do anything. She can be seen as a symbol of multiculturalism. After being nominated as a presidential candidate, the existing Biden-Harris camp created a new logo. Instead of emphasizing Harris's multicultural identity, it inherited Biden's brand.
The logo has changed from "BIDEN HARRIS" to "HARRIS for PRESIDNET." It uses the same Decimal sans-serif font as before, with deep blue and saturated red on a cream background. The slogan has changed from "Let's Finish the Job." to "Let's WIN this." It has changed from a slogan for a four-year term to a slogan for beating Trump.
