Dyson unveiled a new model, the Dyson Supersonic Neural, in Seoul. Dyson reportedly saw Korea as a potential test bed and decided to showcase Dyson's latest technology in Seoul.

We applied a unique and bold palette that seems to be used only on hypercars. I'm used to the combination of dark purple blue and bright orange because it's a signature Dyson combination, but the new mint color and orange combination is surprising. On the back, where the LED light is attached, the internal structure can be seen through the transparent cap, creating a great contrast between the light color and complex structure.

It is equipped with a ToF (Time of Flight) sensor that measures the distance to the hair and automatically adjusts the temperature. By maintaining the optimal temperature for contact with the scalp at 55°C, it prevents damage to the scalp and hair and maintains an appropriate amount of moisture. When in scalp protection mode, the temperature is indicated by LED lights, which are blue or yellow when the temperature is low and orange or red when the temperature is high.

It learns the last used nozzle and remembers temperature and airflow settings. When the hair dryer is not used for a while, it automatically deactivates the heater, just as it automatically turns off when the headset is removed from the head. The colors available are Vinca Blue and Topaz, and the price is 599,000 won.

The nozzle is black and large, so it looks like a tool. If the shape was simple and the colors were not saturated, it would have looked more like a hammer. It seems to be a strategy to create a unique, memorable impression in a market where similar impressions are easy to make.
