140 Strategies for Persuasion and Motivation According to Psychologists
This is a book that tells about the principles and examples of various psychology to make the other person act. It does not mean that I will manipulate the other person at will, but as a leader, I thought that the aspect of helping my team members grow in a better direction, or helping the target person achieve a higher level of satisfaction with a different meaning even if they do the same task, came to my mind.
Briefly about simple psychological factors and how they work. Then, it introduces things that can actually happen and explains what each step means. There aren't many theories that don't read like novels and can be used right away in UX design. However, it seems to be a book that can learn more if you need motivation or induce appropriate behavior while running a team.
