Handover has always been a burdensome task for employees. Documents hastily drafted just before leaving a company often leave new employees feeling unfriendly and confused. Handover, a startup that reimagines this chronic problem with AI technology, is gaining attention. The brand design was done in collaboration with Made Together.
Handover presents a vision to reimagine the handover process as a single experience. Instead of monotonous text documents, it combines video, business tool integration, and AI summaries to provide rich, interactive handover materials. Beyond simple information transfer, it aims to make the handover process enjoyable and intuitive.
The brand design was developed in close collaboration with Made Together from the very beginning of the project. The visual identity is centered around a "hand character" that appears throughout the user journey. They serve as "handover assistants" who assist with the handover process, accompanying the user from onboarding to submission. Vibrant colors and bold typography complete the bright, modern look.
The website and MVP product were also designed based on this brand language. In the early beta version, we designed the entire process, from user onboarding to the creation of final handover materials. Beyond functional screens, we focused on incorporating the brand's sensibility and user-friendly flow.
Handover uses AI and design to revitalize organizational culture, transforming the final stage of a task into a new beginning for some. It creates an opportunity to transform repetitive, mechanical tasks into creative experiences.
