Cheetos has introduced a special pair of pants that can wipe off the cheese powder 'Cheetle' that gets on your fingers when you eat Cheetos. It was jointly planned by global advertising agencies Impact BBDO and BBDO New York, and is attracting attention as a brand solution that combines functionality and humor rather than being a simple fashion item.
The color is the same Pantone orange as the Cheetos snack, which instantly reminds you of Cheetos. The key element is the towel material panel attached to the thigh. This panel is designed solely for wiping the Cheetos, helping you to wipe the cheese powder off your hands without being noticed.
The pants pockets are designed with a comfortable eating experience in mind, with a size that can fit a bag of Cheetos Crunchies.
Max Siegelman and Caroline Spenning of New York-based fashion brand Siegelman Stable, and Zang Toi, founder of House of Toi, were involved in enhancing the product's perfection. Their participation shows that these pants are not just a planned product, but a creative result that connects snack culture and street fashion.
The Cheetos Pants were available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis at cheetospants.com. For those who couldn't get their hands on one, the website also featured a variety of orange pants from different brands, humorously turning any pair of orange pants into potential "cheetos wiping pants."
