Notion held its first face-to-face conference, 'Make with Notion', in San Francisco on the 24th. Notion announced new tools: Mail, Form, Layout, and Marketplace.
Notion Mail actively uses AI. You can define and categorize emails as blocks of information to improve your workflow. You can automatically organize your emails with simple prompts. You can automatically reply to your schedule or follow-up inquiries based on conditions. You can also connect to your calendar app to schedule meetings or customize frequently used emails to suit the recipients.
The overall design follows Notion’s design system and is similar to Skiff, a secure email service acquired in February. It is scheduled to be released in early 2025. It is linked to Google and Gmail accounts and supports both iOS and Android. You can currently sign up for the waiting list on the website.
The form offers a variety of forms, like Google Forms, and is free to use without any restrictions. You can send RSVPs or take surveys. You can collect responses and even run workflows with more powerful automation features than before.
You can configure the layout as if you were creating a homepage. You can change the fixed database information display method to the structure you want.
The Marketplace is a platform where anyone can buy and sell Notion templates. You can browse various templates by category and check reviews, number of downloads, version updates, etc. It also supports payments and refunds.
