We collaborated with Japanese design studio Nendo and The Pokemon Company to create a series of household items.
We created daily necessities for avid first-generation Pokemon fans who are now adults. There are many products based on Pokemon, but they use abstract and metaphorical expressions that would not be overly noticeable in real life.
We deconstructed the color palette symbolizing each Pokémon and applied patterns such as mosaic tiles or stained glass that can match indoor spaces.

Pikachu, Charmander, and Bulbasaur from your memories come into your life. Various Pokémon are expressed using diagonal lines and semicircles inside a square grid. Depending on the size of the Pokemon, it is placed in a grid of 2×2, 3×3, 4×2, or 2×4 sizes.

You can preview various Pokemon patterns on the website. You can tell which Pokémon it is by hovering your mouse cursor over the image. The first generation Pokémon have strong character designs, so you can tell what kind of Pokémon it is without even touching it with the cursor. We have launched 75 collections, including not only cushions, wall clocks, and bags, but also tableware such as glasses and plates.

📕 Editor's Notes
Personally, I like the lunch tote bag and plate. The pocket ball-shaped plate is especially attractive. I can't believe I want a new product from such an old brand. I thought it was the most powerful character brand in the world. Pokemon has become a culture beyond just a trend and will likely stay with us for the rest of our lives.
