We determine what to build first. We identify specific pain points users experience and define the core experience. We narrow the scope to build and verify within four weeks and begin the initial production.

In a format where ideas can be put to use directly. Configure screens using the Compass Design System and implement core functions with AI coding tools. Create a working prototype and receive initial feedback.
Fix bottlenecks and make value clearer. Show it to actual users and observe their reactions. Based on expert product standards, prioritize improvements and enhance design and usability.
To enable use outside of my computer, I deploy the product and present a summary of what was changed from the initial version and why. I also discuss directions for future improvements.
From being the first designer at a startup to designing an organization of 200 people, I have delivered results through design at every stage of growth. Based on my experience designing products and brands together, I collaborate with you on what to create and how to improve it.
I co-founded the IoT startup Linearble and designed products and brands at Uri Siktak. After serving as the Design Team Leader at MyRealTrip and Head of Design at Healing Paper, which operates Gangnam Unnie, I currently run the design media outlet 'Design Compass'.
We aim to help people experience the world more richly and densely through design, and to create a design language that anyone can understand.
It starts from the first week of November.
Weekday class Thursday evening, 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM, the weekend class is Sunday evening, 7:30 PM – 10:30 PMBoth classes will be conducted via Zoom once a week for 3 hours each for a total of 4 weeks.
We recruit a maximum of 12 students per class on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will proceed with the classes that fill up first.
After understanding the day's goals and methods through explanations and demonstrations, each student focuses on building their own product. The entire process, from receiving feedback from peers and experts to making revisions, is conducted within the class.
The goal is to complete the day's tasks during class time as much as possible. Until the next class, we refine the core experience by using the deliverables ourselves. Outside of class, we share questions and work on Discord and exchange feedback.
Even if you cannot attend the class, you can watch the VOD and complete the assignments for that session.
We utilize basic components like buttons, inputs, and navigation, as well as blocks that combine various elements, such as login and sign-up. We quickly configure screens with AI using pre-built elements and spend more time refining user issues and core experiences.
Please write down the idea you want to create and the inconvenience you want to solve in one sentence each. Please prepare a paid subscription to either Codex or Claude Code, and complete the installation and login in advance.
Also prepare Supabase, GitHub, Vercel, and Google Analytics accounts. Connect the features necessary for the project first, and utilize the prepared templates for repetitive settings.
AI tool subscription fees are not included in the participation fee. Additional costs may apply for external services depending on the selected plan and usage.

The participation fee covers the full 4 weeks. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and will close once the capacity is reached, even if there is still time remaining.
The session proceeds by building a small product using AI coding tools. Initially, we will narrow the scope to a single core experience, and you will build it yourself by following the explanations and demonstrations. Please prepare the tools and log in before the class. You must participate directly in the process of checking and modifying the execution results during development.
This course is designed for those who want to build products themselves and improve the user experience. It is open not only to Product and UX/UI designers, but also to PMs looking to implement ideas, aspiring solo entrepreneurs, and those working on side projects.
You do not need a complete plan from the start. Please write down in one sentence a recurring inconvenience in your life or work, a problem experienced by those around you, or a moment you found disappointing in the services you use. In Week 1, we will refine the problem and determine the scope of what to create within four weeks.
We build small web products that solve specific user inconveniences. We start with forms capable of performing a single core action from start to finish, such as a tool for saving and retrieving design references or comparing travel product conditions. The scope of each project is adjusted through feedback.
This course focuses on a workflow where you immediately create working code deliverables with AI and modify the design while using them directly. Basic screens are quickly configured using COMPASS components and blocks.
You can choose one of the two options. Please prepare a paid subscription to use the selected coding tool, as well as install and log in. The AI tool subscription fee is separate from the participation fee.
The goal is to complete the day's production tasks within the 3-hour class as much as possible. Before the next class, we will personally use the product we created and refine it by incorporating feedback. The time required varies depending on the project scope and individual progress.
Every week, colleagues and experts review the deliverables. They check whether the intended problem is solved, if it can be used without explanation, and if the core value is clearly demonstrated, and identify areas for improvement. Even outside of class, they exchange feedback by sharing questions and work on Discord.
Even ongoing or stalled projects can be started by narrowing down the core experiences to be covered over the 4 weeks. In the first week, we share current deliverables and roadblocks, and together determine the scope to build or improve during this course.
The goal is to leave a record explaining which problems were solved and what was changed and why, along with a usable product URL. In the final week, deliverables and the evaluation process are presented, and preparations are made for external release and future improvements. The scope of completion depends on the progress of the project and the participants.
Even if you are unable to attend the class, you can watch the VOD and complete the assignments for that session. Please share any questions you have or tasks requiring feedback on Discord.
We are recruiting for the Thursday weekday class and the Sunday weekend class, starting with the classes that fill up first. The maximum capacity for each class is 12 students.
