HCI 3.0: Focusing on the interaction between humans and artificial intelligence

This book was written by the HCI Lab at Yonsei University. It is a book that allows you to deeply explore human interaction beyond mobile devices. The author, Jinwoo Kim, is a professor at the Yonsei University College of Business and the head professor of the Yonsei University HCI Lab. He has an MBA from UCLA, a consulting firm KPMG, and a PhD in HCI from Carnegie Mellon University. He has been teaching at Yonsei University since 1994 and served as the president of the Korean HCI Society.

It tells you how to solve real problems based on a conceptual model. It explains in detail what role it plays in the usability, usability, and reliability of digital products. It suggests how to break down the experience into users, tasks, and contexts, build a concept model, and plan a business model.
