Duotone's UI Designers are responsible for designing and visualizing user interfaces for user touchpoints based on UX strategy. (The difference with CX Designers is that CX Designers focus on conveying UX messages through visual elements—primarily in the content design realm—while UI Designers focus more on implementing and conveying these messages through user interface elements.)

Main duties

• We understand the functions of the overall Web and App service, and design the UI and flow for each screen.
  Depending on the nature of the project, we will proceed with creating a UI prototype. If multiple people are working on the project,
  We design a Common Guide (Pattern) to ensure consistency and usability across screens of the service.
• UX Research, UX Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Design system, etc.
  We will carry out the project from A to Z with members with various capabilities.
  PM and PL also demonstrate their capabilities in the communication front.

Qualifications

• Duotone uses iMac and mainly uses design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and ProtoPie.
  For collaboration, you need to have an understanding of iMac and UI design tools (Sketch or Figma).
• Duotone carries out design across all stages, from research and analysis, planning, design, development, and communication.
  Duotone designers work collaboratively on projects with project ownership.
• Duotone values consistency and collaboration even for small projects.
  We build projects based on a design system comprised of UI Components that serve as its foundation.
  You need to have a basic understanding of UI component terminology to be able to communicate.
• Duotone believes in the power of collective intelligence. When it comes to issues, no one person reaches a conclusion or makes a decision on their own. Instead, the entire process is deliberated and discussed with the team.
  We welcome designers who agree with and actively participate in teamwork, including decision-making based on collective intelligence.
• Duotone aims for design with purpose.
  This means planning and designing with evidence-based logic.
  In addition, I recommend that you personally present the logic, planning, and design that you have created.

Preferential treatment

• It would be good if you have a high level of understanding of libraries and UI components in the design system.
• It would be great if you have experience writing User Interface Scenarios on the Web and App and proceeding with construction design.
• We would like to have someone who can design service flow and functional sequences, design information architecture, and create page and function-based page lists.
• Rather than visual perfection, we are focusing on consistency of interface elements and layout that considers efficient usability. We also consider systematic interface design for collaboration as an important factor.
• It would be helpful if you could submit files or captures of your work in Sketch or Figma.
• PL/PM experience is preferred.
• Experienced (3 years or more)
