Advances in AI have lowered the barriers to product implementation, blurring the lines between planning, design, and development. In the past, small businesses relied on rapid launch speed to compete. But now, anyone can rapidly develop a product. Planning has become even more crucial for making a meaningful difference through design.
Logical thinking is essential for planning. While logical thinking is often perceived as abstract and difficult, it's a skill that can be learned, much like learning how to use Figma. It has long been studied in the management field as a practical way to solve problems.
However, systematically learning this way of thinking isn't easy. Most courses are either expensive, taught by planning or consulting firms, or are too abstract to be applied in practice, requiring a significant investment of time and effort.
So, this session will briefly introduce and explain the thinking methods that can be utilized from a product design perspective. We'll begin by learning the logical thinking skills essential for designing products that solve customer problems.
