A must-read book if you are trying to start a business in Korea. Even if you are not an entrepreneur, I highly recommend you read this if you work at a startup. It explains in an easy-to-understand way how startups start, how they are maintained, and how they succeed. It was amazing how it accurately describes what kind of delusions I have, step by step, as if it had stolen my mind.
There are many books related to startups, but not many are considered in the context of Korea. The author, CEO Kwon Do-gyun, is a person who has been a pioneer in the venture success myth and is currently active as a pioneer and mentor of startup incubators in Korea. This book contains the wisdom he realized while working in the startup field for 10 years and incubating over 30 startups for the next 5 years. It is a management bible for Korean startups, written based on materials organized while studying with over 3,000 founders and prospective founders.
