Adobe has released a mood board AI tool, Project Concept. Project Concept is designed to allow creators to quickly experiment with the direction they want by utilizing Adobe's latest generative AI model, Firefly. Users can start a project based on their own materials or external inspiration, and with the help of AI, they can edit styles, backgrounds, image combinations, etc. in real time. This allows for more free exploration in the creative process.
Adobe analyzed that existing generative AI works effectively when users have a clear idea, but can be limited in the early stages of creation. Accordingly, Project Concept provides functions that support combining and developing various possibilities even when the idea is not yet concretized. It includes collaboration functions so that multiple users can develop and organize ideas simultaneously.
The project concept is integrated with Adobe Creative Cloud, allowing seamless collaboration with Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express, etc. In addition, in order to protect the rights of creators, Content Credentials technology will be applied to clearly indicate the source of the image, and transparency will be maintained in the use and learning process of generative AI.
The current project concept is in the early testing phase, and will soon be available for private beta testing with a small group of creators. Adobe will continue to improve the features based on user feedback and to help creators more efficiently conceptualize and develop their ideas.
