Announced AI-based advertising production platform 'Adobe Experience Cloud' and AI chatbot assistant, and updates to generative AI models 'Firefly' and 'GenStudio'. Focusing on corporate marketing rather than existing design creation tools, we presented a method of managing data and creating content for customer experience with generative AI.

We integrate customer data to minimize the risk of duplication or leakage, and use first-party data to help you find high-value prospects without cookies. You can ask your AI assistant technical questions or automate repetitive tasks. You can even simulate customer journeys and automate repetitive tasks.



Create content efficiently with Adobe ZenStudio and Firefly. Zen Studio is a platform that allows you to manage your brand’s impression through a centralized hub. We provide brand kits, copy guidance, graphic assets, and more. Using this tool, you can quickly and easily create advertisements for email or social media. Analyze which campaigns your users respond to the most and create different versions with AI prompts. It is still in alpha version and is scheduled to be released in the second half of this year. We also launched 'Firefly Services', which provides APIs to automate tasks such as image resizing and background scaling.
