Instagram is testing a new feature that lets you reset recommended content. This feature will reset recommended content in Explore, Reels, and Feed, helping users discover new, personalized content. After the reset, recommended content will be re-tailored based on your interactions, and you can review and unfollow accounts you follow if you want.
Instagram is strengthening its protections for young users by not recommending sensitive or inappropriate content and blocking some content altogether.
