You can use it by entering the search term 'emoji kitchen' in the Google search bar. You can choose 2 emoticons. You can select both at random or replace each at random.
Not all emojis are composited. Only a limited number of emoji combinations are possible in web browsers, and many more are possible in Gboard. The combined image can be copied to the clipboard and used as a sticker. It is not registered as a font but can be used as an image.
