Amperos, a U.S. healthcare company, has established a new brand identity with Together, a London-based design and tech agency. Amperos supports healthcare institutions in the process of recovering revenue owed by insurers by combining AI agents with RCM experts. Together set the brand's direction as "90% Trust, 10% Punk." Instead of the clinical blue color repeatedly used in the medical field, they utilized warm stone tones and mahogany black.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The graphic system starts with actual insurance claims and claim denial documents. The documents were torn, layered, and then manually reassembled to create a collage-style image. Objects such as coins, paper airplanes, chess pieces, and keys appear, with a person placed in the center of the image. Rather than putting AI automation technology at the forefront, this approach demonstrates the relationship between a human and a system in judging and solving real-world problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wordmark was designed with a restrained form. A sine wave shape was incorporated into the horizontal stroke of the 'A'. It represents both the unit of electric current named Amperos and the flow of revenue returning to the medical institution. This graphic language has been applied across the website, illustrations, icons, and communication images. The core of this identity lies in transforming the complex documents generated during the insurance claims process into the key building blocks of the brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
