Based on the existing visual system created by Studio Doomba in 2022, new motion graphics, an expanded color palette, and dedicated sound design were developed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The existing identity expresses the rhythm and movement of jazz performances through typography. Studio Doomba developed its own code to implement movements where letters expand and change shape. The green brushstrokes symbolizing North Sea Jazz were retained, and accent colors and high-contrast color combinations were used together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 50th anniversary version maintains the existing structure while adding motion content for commemorative events. The range of color options has been expanded, and Studio Doomba&#039;s sound design team produced exclusive sound that combines with the video&#039;s movements. Visual elements and sound have been organized to be used within a single identity system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">North Sea Jazz began on July 16, 1976, in The Hague, Netherlands. The inaugural event featured 300 musicians across six venues and was attended by approximately 9,000 people. The 50th anniversary event was held in July 2026 at Ahoy in Rotterdam.
