Domino's explained that it calculates preparation time by combining real-time inputs, such as store operation data, order volume, and delivery status, with machine learning models based on its proprietary operating system, DomOS. The screen layout has also been simplified. The new tracker displays the order status in four stages: 'Received,' 'Made,' 'Delivered or Picked,' and 'Mmm!'
