Job Korea, celebrating its 30th anniversary, changed its name to Worksphere and announced a platform transformation centered on AI agents. Worksphere unveiled its mid- to long-term strategy at its 30th anniversary event, Job Korea The Reboot, held in Samseong-dong, Seoul on the 29th. CEO Yoon stated that the future of recruitment begins with the deconstruction of resumes, explaining that AI has reached a point where it understands the context of human relationships. Accordingly, he predicted that traditional resumes will be transformed into digital profiles that AI can utilize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yoon Hyun-jun, CEO of Worksphere, said that AI-based recruitment platforms will enable hiring that predicts future potential rather than relying solely on past experience. He explained that this will create a hyper-personalized recruitment experience, with data naturally connected and misunderstandings reduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve this, Worksphere will launch two AI agents in the first half of the year. The Talent Agent, designed for HR professionals, analyzes past hiring data and internal and external talent information to suggest optimal candidates based on natural language input describing the organization's situation and talent requirements. The Career Agent, designed for job seekers, proactively recommends opportunities tailored to each individual based on behavioral data such as job postings and application history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also plan to launch an integrated business center, Hiring Center, for businesses, allowing them to manage both regular and non-regular hiring from a single platform. This will integrate the entire process, from posting job postings to performance analysis, and link it with Jobplanet's company reviews and organizational culture data to provide an HR experience that considers the entire hiring process, even after the hiring process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
