It recreated the fin-de-si\u00e8cle computer desktop screen to capture the atmosphere of the time. You can access it on the film&#039;s official website (y2k.movie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you visit the site, you\u2019ll be presented with an AOL Instant Messenger (AIM)-style messaging window where you can chat with an AI chatbot called \u201cCoolBlue99.\u201d There\u2019s also the option to set an AIM screen name and write old-fashioned away messages. Users can create playlists of 90s pop and alternative rock through a CD-burning experience, and it\u2019s linked to their Spotify account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>movie <strong>Y2K<\/strong>is Kyle Mooney&#039;s directorial debut, a comedy set in 1999, when a technological disaster becomes a reality.
