Italian luxury fashion house Bottega Veneta presents the world with the work of Venetian artisans with its fourth annual 'Bottega for Bottegas' campaign. The campaign celebrates the craftsmanship of the Venetian region where Bottega Veneta is located and highlights the brand's cultural heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project highlights a range of artisans who are reinterpreting traditional techniques, such as Murano glass, in a contemporary way. Laguna B presents glass vases with striped patterns, while the glassworks led by artistic director Marcantonio Brandolini combine a contemporary sensibility with sophisticated techniques. Bruno Amadi creates glass works inspired by nature, such as starfish, demonstrating his artistic capabilities since 1974.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Signor Blum, famous for his wooden puzzles, creates hand-painted puzzle pieces inspired by Venetian architecture and nature. Fonderia Artistica Valese, with over 100 years of history, is the last remaining brass and bronze foundry in Venice, producing a variety of sculptures and interior objects using the ancient sand casting technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bottega Veneta is showcasing the work of these artisans throughout December on its digital platforms, newsletters and flagship stores. Through this project, the brand aims to highlight the artistic importance of Venice and the contemporary value and sustainability of traditional crafts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Launched in 2021 amid the pandemic, the project has continued to highlight the importance of traditional crafts by showcasing artisans working in Italy and beyond for four years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
