The author, Jinwoo Kim, is a professor at the Yonsei University College of Business and the head professor of the Yonsei University HCI Lab. He has an MBA from UCLA, a consulting firm KPMG, and a PhD in HCI from Carnegie Mellon University. He has been teaching at Yonsei University since 1994 and served as the president of the Korean HCI Society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It tells you how to solve real problems based on a conceptual model. It explains in detail what role it plays in the usability, usability, and reliability of digital products.
