It does not mean that I will manipulate the other person at will, but as a leader, I thought that the aspect of helping my team members grow in a better direction, or helping the target person achieve a higher level of satisfaction with a different meaning even if they do the same task, came to my mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Briefly about simple psychological factors and how they work.
